Shopping & Returns

• Online ordering : Choose delivery or in-store collection.

• Most items can be exchanged (Terms & Conditions apply), up to 6 months later.

• The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customers’ own designs

  • Special orders (adult sizes & school coats)

  • Tights & socks

  • Shirts, blouses, and pants

Customisation & Embroidery

• Most local school badges are available.

• If we don’t have your school’s badge, bring us a sample sweatshirt and polo (old or new) and claim your free polo.

• Embroidery service: Add your school badge to a garment for £6 per item (only on garments allowed by your school).
