Delivery Terms

Delivery Terms

  • Standard Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 5 days.

  • Busy Periods:

    • Early August: Dispatch may take 7–10 days.

    • Late August: Dispatch may take 10–14 days, subject to stock availability.

Returns Policy

  • Most items can be exchanged at School Days Retail stores.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.

  • Please include the delivery docket with your return.

  • Goods and packaging must be returned in their original condition.

Exceptions – Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or customer-designed items

  • Special orders (e.g., adult sizes, coats)

  • Tights and socks

  • Shirts and blouses

  • Underwear

Refunds may be given in the form of store credit.
